Schools to remain shut due to heavy Fog and Layers of Cold in Patna
Heavy Fog: Patna schools will be shut till December 31st because of heavy cold and changes in the weather. The cold is unbearable for people in MP. The condition of weather is extremely dangerous therefore, the government announced that the schools will be shut down in Patna, Bihar till 31st December and then resumed.
Dense fog in many parts of Punjab and Delhi is affecting people and animals. This is the first dense fog that has arrived in parts of India. The weather change is a big issue for people to survive for animals and people who cannot afford heaters at their homes, or that may be staying on the footpaths. The dense forest is affecting Punjab, Haryana, and North Rajasthan. It is also said that in the next 24 hours, there will be a reduction in the dense fog in about 24 hours. Which will reduce the intensity and reduce moisture.
Therefore, dense fog is closed and isolated areas will stay for 3 to 4 days more as the weather department announced on Monday. Chandrasekhar Singh, the Patna district magistrate has issued an order to keep the schools shut till the 31st of December due to extreme cold waves. All the government schools and private schools will remain shut but the shut is only for the classes till the 8th standard and classes of 9th and 12th will remain open.
